General FAQ

What is included in my condo for the daily rate?
Included in your daily rate is: All Furnitures (Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen, Bathrooms and Bedrooms), Décor, Housewares, Weekly Housekeeping, Local Phone, Basic Cable, and Utilities.
 
In addition to these amenities, you may request any of our various upgrades. The only increase in charge to you is the actual cost to us; we just pass it through. These upgrades include, but are not limited to: high speed internet (wireless or Ethernet), expanded cable packages including HBO, additional furnishings such as a work desk and chair. We are here to make our guests feel at home. Whatever this to you is what we will strive to provide.

Do I have to pay for utilities?  
No, all utilities are covered by Elite Housing Solutions. We will cover your power bill up to $125.00 per month.  It is extremely rare that utilities bills will exceed $125 per month. This measure is solely to ensure we do not experience abuse of our utilities coverage.

Is internet or HBO included in the rent? 
No.  That is considered an upgrade.  With a written request, we would be more than happy to have internet or extended cable added. We can normally have you upgraded cable and internet in place within a couple of business days.  We do not charge any premiums on these upgrades and only pass through the exact cost of the service from the service provider.

Are your Condos furnished? 
Yes, we provide all household goods and linens to make your stay enjoyable.  If there are any special needs/requests that you may have, feel free to contact us and we will do our best to obtain it for you. (Link to furnishings included in apartments)

Is housekeeping included in the rental price? 
Yes, our staff is equipped to clean your unit once a week depending on your location.  Includes changing all towels and sheets, vacuuming, dusting and sweeping.

Military Guests - FAQ

Would my stay with Elite Housing Solutions be reimbursed by DFAS? 
Yes,  Elite Housing Solutions is a corporate housing company in Tampa which is contracted  with
MacDill Air Force Base, “AFB” and per the Joint Federal Travel Regulation, “JFTR” if there are no rooms available at MacDill Inn and no available housing on base DFAS will honor your stay with us.

Would the Per Diem rate cover my rental expenses? 
Yes.  Elite Housing Solutions is a Tampa corporate housing company that covers all of your rental living needs as required by our contract with MacDill AFB.  Your housing Per Diem covers 100% of those expenses. (add link to Per Diem website)

When do I have to pay you for my housing?
We charge you at the end of the current month for the nights spent with us during that month.  You will receive a receipt showing the total number of days you stayed in your corporate apartment and the total amount you paid in full. 

Do I have to sign a lease? 
No. We do, however, ask you to sign an agreement that outlines your understanding of your new community’s rules, our terms and rates, and conditions that are needed for you to checkout without any notice ( e.g., providing a copy of your orders for deployment).
