Our working relationship with the MacDill Inn Lodging Facility is one that is based on mutual respect and the common mission to provide our Nations finest with accommodations that exceed their expectations.
While you are here, in Tampa, serving our Nation, we have made it our personal goal to treat all our guests with the highest level of hospitality.
Whether our guests stay for the 4 to 6 month TDY, or if they have been extended here for a year or longer, we take care of our soldiers in their home away from home.
Your comfort is essential. To ensure that comfort, we offer all of our guests the ability to make special requests which make your stay just the way you want it.
The following procedure will ensure you have a your fully-furnished corporate apartment waiting for you when you arrive:
- Make reservations:
- Obtain Elite Housing Solutions email confirmation of reservation.

Specify that you have secured your TDY Housing with Elite Housing
Solutions and request your statement of non-availability (SNA) at the current per diem rate. For current per diem rates CLICK HERE.
- Fax SNA to Elite Housing Solutions 813.832.4905
- Elite Housing Solutions will email your TDY Housing Agreement and an Electronic Funds Transfer Agreement (allowing us to accept your credit card / government travel card as a method of payment).
