Elite Housing Solutions provides fully furnished apartments in condominium and apartment communities. Our average guest stay is 90 days, but we can accommodate from one week to one year or more. All of our apartments and condos are fully furnished with all you need for a comfortable stay including all furniture, bedding, towels, kitchen wares, and even includes all of the utilities such as electric, cable TV, internet, water, etc. There are no additional monthly costs and you are provided with one bill to pay each month. It does not get any simpler or cost effective than that.
What makes this different from an extended stay hotel in Tampa?
Our corporate housing Tampa options are much larger than hotel rooms and many up to 50% less in cost as well. You get the comforts and conveniences of home, which may include your own private parking spot and / or garage, a private mailbox and neighbors that don’t come and go on a daily basis. Your stay is in a residential setting, not a busy commercial hotel.
What are my options?
We match your individual needs to one of our furnished apartments, but we can also customize an option just for you. We have many different styles of accommodations including condos, town homes, apartments, and even single family homes available; each has its own unique interior design and decor. A majority of our apartments are either one or two bedrooms but if larger accommodations are needed, we will certainly be able to accommodate your needs. If we don't have one available, we can get and apartment ready in as little as 72 business hours.
Are office or computer desks available?
Yes, many of our furnished apartments in Tampa come with built in computer space, however, if a built in space is not available, a desk can be included. Extra charges may apply.
Do you have cribs or smaller beds for children?
Yes, your furnished apartment in Tampa can be customized to suit your needs. Just let us know what your needs are when you contact us and we will set it up or make the necessary changes to suite your needs.
Do you have grocery, concierge or maid services?

What is the minimum stay required?
While we officially have no minimum stay, our furnished apartments are tailored to guests that require accommodations for an extended stay of at least 30 days, with most staying for 3 - 4 months and some as long as 6 months. Shorter stays are welcome as long as there is availability.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, we surely do. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. You can also pay by corporate check, personal check, money order, or cash.
