What type of furnished apartments and corporate housing do you offer?
Elite Housing Solutions provides fully furnished accommodations in condominium and apartment communities designed to provide the feeling and convenience of home. Our typical guest stay is from 30 days to six months or more. All of our apartments and condos are fully furnished with everything you need for a comfortable stay including all furniture, bedding, towels, kitchen wares, and even includes all of the utilities such as electric, cable TV, internet, water, etc. There are no additional monthly costs and you are provided with one bill to pay each month.
What makes this different from an extended stay hotel in Tampa?
Our corporate housing options are typically twice the size of hotel rooms and many times are up to 50% less than the cost of similarly equipped hotel accommodations. You get the comforts of conveniences of home, which may include your own private parking spot and / or garage, a private mailbox and neighbors that don’t come and go on a daily basis.
What kind of selection would I get?
We specialize in matching your particular needs to a furnished apartment option and can custom tailor a fit for you. We have many different styles of condos, town homes, apartments, and even single family homes available; each has its own unique interior design and decor. Most of our furnished housing options are one and two bedroom suites, but if larger accommodations are needed, we will certainly be able to accommodate your needs.
Are office or computer desks available?
Yes, many of our furnished apartments come with built in computer space, however, if a built in space is not, a desk can be included. Extra charges may apply.
Do you have cribs or smaller beds for children?
Yes, your furnished suite can be customized to suit your needs. Just let us know what your needs are when you contact us and we will set it up or make the necessary changes to suite your needs.
Do you have grocery, concierge or maid services?
Yes, those services can be provided for you if needed. Just let us know your needs upon contacting and we will make the necessary arrangements for you.
How much are phone or Internet services?
High-speed Internet service is provided free of charge to our guests. Phone service can also be provided although many of our guests have their own mobile phones and do not need the additional phone line, however it can be included in your furnished apartment as an additional option.
Do you provide security services?
Most of our locations have controlled entry points into both the parking facilities as well as the condo or apartment building and some communities include security officers who patrol the premises.
What is the minimum stay required?
While we officially have no minimum stay, our furnished apartments are tailored to guests that require accommodations for an extended stay of at least 30 days, with most staying for 3 - 4 months and some as long as 6 months. Shorter stays are welcome as long as there is availability.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, we surely do. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. You can also pay by corporate check, personal check, money order, or cash.
